About the Opportunity:

Are you passionate about providing top-notch medical education and support? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-time Medical Instructor. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver renowned training programs and contribute to the development of a skilled workforce in the aviation and maritime industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training courses to clients in accordance with Education Services' directives, offering instructional support as needed.
Actively participate in planning, implementing, and conducting Education Services' Instructor Orientation Program.
Contribute to company and departmental quality initiatives and activities.
Represent the Company at conferences or seminars as requested.
Assess the effectiveness of instruction and report findings, utilizing various evaluation methods.
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects, maintaining clear communication and documentation with supervisors.
Provide subject matter expertise as required and assist in curriculum development or special event coordination.
Support administrative staff with special projects or assigned tasks as needed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
Required Experience:

For Aviation-Focused Instructors: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in flight nursing or flight paramedics, or equivalent experience as an RN or EMT-P with a strong understanding of aviation physiology.
For Maritime-Focused Instructors: Previous critical care or ER experience preferred, along with familiarity with maritime environments or relevant maritime training.
5 years of experience as an adult medical educator.
Additional Qualifications:

Current unrestricted license as an RN or EMT-P.
Current American Heart Association BLS Instructor or Heart Saver Instructor certification.
Travel/Rotation Requirements:

Must hold a valid driver's license and passport.
Proof of adequate insurance coverage required.
Valid credit card required.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally by air, residing within 60 miles of a major/international airport.
