Searching for an experienced Medicare Claims Manager to join our growing team of insurance professionals. What You Will Be Doing

As Claims Manager, you will be managing the team of 8-10 claims examiners, mentoring, training, and conducting weekly meetings with your team. You are reporting "onsite" to the office in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta, GA. You will report directly to the your boss, the VP of Claims and Underwriting.

You come from a background having experience with Medicare Supplement Claims, knowing the ins and outs of the Medicare and Medicaid codes. You also have extensive experience with management. You will execute control measures, while sustaining the utmost highest quality of claims processing and customer service of your team of claims examiners.
Create best practice of claims adjusting making sure your team handles claims accordingly. Constant audit of claims examiners on your team to catch instances of fraudulent activity, while settling claims accordingly in a timely manner. You are the go to mentor for your team while having excellent interpersonal management skills.

What You Need for this Position

We are looking for someone with more than 3 years experience as a Claims Manager or strong leaderships skills being a Senior Claims Adjuster.

This position pays between $80,000 - $100,000 Annually.
