We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner who is experienced in orthopedics|musculoskeletal issues to join our medical practice in the Marietta, GA area. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections.

We have a dynamic, well-educated team of medical professionals including physicians, advance practice providers, therapists, and amazing support staff.

Duties:
Patient exam|evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records|imaging)
Order and review tests|labs (MRIs, NCVs, etc)
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises, and various modalities
Manage patient care
Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections
Prescribe physical therapy and|or chiropractic care as needed
Prescribe medications as necessary for pain and treatment (no narcotics prescribed)
Documentation and progress notes daily, timely and accurate
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care plans

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
NP license in GA
Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background experience
Experience with trigger point and joint injections a plus

Schedule:
Full time
Monday Friday
No Weekends

Compensation:
$110k to $120k (DOE)
