About the Role: As a Senior Human Capital Analyst, you will steer the operational excellence of the Digital Workforce Functional Community Management governance process. Your role is pivotal in orchestrating the Digital FCM Working Group, ensuring impactful stakeholder representation, and translating insights into strategic actions.
What You'll Do: - Drive Governance Excellence: Oversee the Digital FCM Working Group, shaping its focus elements, managing topics, and documenting outcomes that shape the future of our workforce strategies.
- Strategic Liaison: Collaborate closely with the Working Group Vetting and Integration Group, channeling outputs effectively, and crafting recommendations for the Cyber Workforce Management Board (CWMB).
- Leadership in Action: Schedule, orchestrate, and align various group sessions while spearheading updates to the CWMB, contributing to vital decision-making processes.
- Evolve Governance Practices: Propose and refine governance documents, reflecting the evolving needs and operational dynamics of the Working Group.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Identify engagement opportunities, foster relationships, and contribute meaningfully to governance process stakeholders' needs.
Experience & Skills We Value:
- Seasoned Expertise: 8+ years in related roles with a deep understanding of DoD workforce governance principles and policy implementation.
- Strategic Insight: Ability to distill complex issues into actionable strategies for senior-level consideration and decision-making.
- Policy & Process Maestro: Extensive experience in policy development, capture, and articulation into clear governance artifacts.
- Interpersonal Finesse: Strong communicator adept at collaborating with senior leaders, stakeholders, and internal/external DoD personnel.
- Innovative Mindset: Stay updated on the latest trends in data, analytics, AI education, and workforce practices.
Desired Skills:
- Government Insight: Previous Federal government or consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Strategic Alignment: Experience aligning human capital efforts with overarching governing requirements.
- Metric Mastery: Proven track record in developing organizational-wide metrics for strategic human capital efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Master’s preferred)
- Active/current TS/SCI
