Job description
Seeking a Boston-based Business Development Manager to join our luxury New England resort team! This role will entail primarily working remote from the Boston area, with weekly travel to the resort to meet with the sales team and clients.
As the Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of proactively sourcing group opportunities in the New England region that align with our resort's offerings. This is a 100% proactive sales role where you will generate leads for the on-property team to further qualify and contract. You will attend weekly virtual sales meetings to collaborate with the team and maintain our CRM system to support sales efforts and client management. In this position, you will develop and execute quarterly sales strategies and action plans to expand our presence in the market and drive group revenues. Organizing client site tours andinspections will be key in promoting our property and securing bookings.
