Inside Sales Representative
Artificial Grass Liquidators, the turf experts, seek experienced sales professionals to personify the AGL brand of quality and service; build trust and rapport with our customers, and have a drive and motivation for top results. We are looking for individuals who can help fuel our dynamic growth and have successfully built a book of business.
This Inside Sales Representative is expected to acquire new customers by prospecting, networking, and engaging new opportunities while maintaining a consistent pipeline of new business. Inside Sales Reps must have a strong business acumen with a willingness to think outside the box to identify solutions.

Compensation:
- Proven 1st year on target earnings $85,000 - $105,000, base hourly wage $24.00, plus commission

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: - Can build a book of business, expanding the brand recognition of our company
- Selling turf in-store through self-generated cold calling efforts
- Retention expert, acquiring and maintaining continued relationships with contractor accounts
- Ability to grow accounts YOY
- Develop relationships from good to great
- Follow and implement our company’s customer service values

- Manages daily, weekly, and monthly activity by using a CRM as a tool
- Extreme follow-up
- Accountable for contractor sales revenue in your region
- Review contractor partner performance monthly
- Support the development, implementation and management of account plans that achieve maximum possible revenue generation from new and existing contractors through sales of products and distribution services
- Develop effective and trusting working relationships with key partners to leverage lead generation on major accounts / prospective customer projects and opportunity development

- A measurable, highly successful level of experience selling products, services and solutions to contractor partners and end-users
- Reside in region, track record of relationships with local major accounts and contractor partners
- Disciplined and focused forecasting accountability
- Planning and organizing skills with the ability to efficiently establish Key Action Plans
- Readiness to make decisions and act
- Skill in identifying problems with the ability to develop alternative solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and organize and present material in a convincing manner
- Willingness to seek help and feedback for performance improvement and to provide positive and constructive feedback to assist others
- Ability to calmly confront conflict, understand alternate viewpoints, and work collaboratively to resolve problems
- Strong and persistent drive, with effective negotiating skills and motivated through sales achievement
- 5+ years of selling experience ideally in the Commercial and Residential B2B Construction Contractor space
- Work/Selling/Management experience in the Artificial Grass/Turf Industry is a plus
