UPLIFT Desk is looking for an experienced and reliable Custodian to ensure all common areas of our warehouses are kept in neat and orderly condition.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Punctual, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in written and spoken English to understand written and verbal directions and communicate safety concerns
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, pull, and lift objects up to 65 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Familiar with janitorial equipment and best practices
- Valid driver’s license; must be 25 years of age or older to qualify for company auto insurance policy
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between multiple company facilities (mileage reimbursement provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in custodial work
- Flexible and willing to perform warehouse general labor tasks as required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- General maintenance experience
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain building interior common areas, to include break areas, restrooms, conference rooms, and warehouse
- Clean exterior common areas, to include building entrances, sidewalks and grounds
- Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms and common areas
- Maintain janitorial supplies and equipment
- Other general labor duties as required

- Compensation: $18/hr
- Type: Full-time
- Employee Status: Regular
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week (Overtime Available)
