Job description
Description:
Working in the shipping department, 50% shipping 50% forklift work
- Will be working with UPS
- Will be shipping products
- Utilizing Epicore system
- 50% will be spent on forklift
- Will be lifting 50 lbs
- On their feet and walking around for entire shift
- Labeling and scanning packages into the system
- Scanning in products
- Running a scale for piece counts
- Cross trained to operate machines
- Perform documentation
- Follow shipping orders and document what is shipped
- Check boxes and labels for quality errors to ensure correct boxes are getting shipped
• Receives in the pallets of product from customers
• Documents what was received and gets the product in process for the adhesive application
• Will be driving tow motor- on and off of it all day – tow motor is less than 30% of their day
• Packaging boxes
• Staging orders
• Using a computer to track shipments
• Use a computer to print off order pack slip
• Give order packing slip to admin clerk for them to process it- make copies of it
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Organizing shipments
• Open them read packing slip- make a copy of it
• Staging wrapping pallets and skids

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1. Must have experience with UPS and or FedEx
2. Must have previous warehouse and shipping experience
3. Must be proficient with using a computer, copier and email
4. Must be able to lift 50 lbs
5. Must have experience staging orders and checking labels for accuracy
6. Must have experience loading and unloading trucks
