Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our company's growth and expansion. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in generating and nurturing leads, setting appointments, and cultivating a pipeline of opportunities to propel our business to new heights.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Conduct compelling sales conversations to understand client needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional performance and exploring new avenues for business development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, optimize lead generation strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with valuable insights and solutions.

Qualifications:

- Ability to connect effectively with high-net-worth individuals and businesses with significant revenue streams.
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in outbound prospecting or as an SDR.

Job Type: Full-time (Remote) Base plus commission

Salary: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
