Job description

Our national in-home healthcare services client is looking for a full stack software engineer to help lead a cloud migration -- Azure.

Location: Remote 
Duration: 6 months with option to extend

Full-Stack Software Engineer
In this role, you will lead the application development team in expanding our CI /CD practices, migrating software to the cloud, and improving the performance of legacy applications

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Development team in migrating legacy applications to the cloud
• Analyze, provide recommendations on improving performance on legacy applications lead team on re-development efforts
• Software development tasks including detailed software design, coding, and unit/integration/functional/system testing of customer desired features/user stories
• Develop and sustain existing applications; troubleshoot and resolve various software issues
• Design new software and web applications
• Develop automation tools to support developers deploying and running cloud infrastructure
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify application and technical requirements
• Analyzing high level customer requirements and create lower-level functional requirements
• Design and present architectural designs

Required Skills

• Full Stack Developer
• Experience with administering and developing in Azure
• CI / CD, preferably in Azure environment
• Experience in .net frameworks
• React, C#, CSS, MVC, Bootstrap, Angular
• GIT
• Application Support
• Knowledge / experience in Agile practices
• Code management – peer review, set up and manage code repositories
• Visual Studio
