AdTech Ceramics specializes in custom manufacturing of strong, durable, and precise microelectronic ceramics. There is a current opening for a Customer Service Representative position at the Chattanooga, TN location to assist the Inside Sales team. AdTech Ceramics is AS9100D and NADCAP certified.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about the microelectronics and ceramics industries and have previous experience in dealing with the commercial and technical nature of these product lines. This position will take sales orders to meet customer requirements by generating quotes and assisting customers with sales inquiries, current order status, invoices, and returns.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Performing contract review to ensure accuracy and prepare order acknowledgements.
  
• Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure customer requests/inquiries are handled accordingly
• Participate in daily production/planning meetings.
• Answering phones, email, communications, and assist customers with service related inquiries.
• Occasional travel to exhibitions may be required.

Qualifications:

This position requires at minimum an Associates Degree in engineering, materials, chemistry or technical experience from previous employment. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. A minimum of three years of customer service experience in manufacturing is required. Well-developed communication skills in both verbal and written is preferred. Must have strong attention to detail, have problem solving skills and have the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and social media is a must (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
