About our Adult Foster Care division:

We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage for that. • West Duluth
• East Duluth
• Hermantown
• Pike Lake
• Saginaw

Compensation:

• $16.50-$18.00/hour

Hours of Position:

Flexible Scheduling!

• Part-time
• Days *OR*
• Evenings *OR*
• Awake Overnights
• Every other Weekend Required *OR*
• Weekends Only

Typical Job Duties:

• Cooking and cleaning
• Medication administration & documentation
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
• & Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Available to work every other weekend
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record (there are positions available if no driver's license)
