Our client is looking for a Marine Staffing Sales and Relationship Specialist to lead the formation of their new office in Norfolk, Va. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the marine staffing industry, as well as the skills and experience necessary to build a new office from the ground up.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow their Staffing presence in Norfolk yards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at marine companies
• Identify and qualify new sales leads
• Generate and close new business
• Manage a team of account managers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marine staffing sales
• Strong track records of success in generating and closing new business
• Excellent relationship building and networking skills
• Ability to develop and implement a sales strategy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
