Responsibilities:

Craft compelling estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, and letters of intent.
Develop client communications regarding estate plans, including clear explanatory letters and implementation instructions.
Stay up-to-date on Massachusetts trust, probate law, and relevant tax regulations.
Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office software, client records management software, and document production software.
Exhibit exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
Thrive in an environment that values individual accountability and teamwork as needed.
Achieve effective results in a fast-paced setting and meet billable hours requirements.
Credentials - Education and Experience:

Possess five or more years of experience as an estate planning attorney.
Hold a J.D. degree.
Maintain an active bar membership in good standing with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
LL.M. in taxation and admission to other bars are advantageous.
