Job description
In need of high energy, positive results-driven executive assistant to manage and execute the agent’s day-to-day work, including overseeing as well as executing each component of the marketing plan, the marketing plan for each listing, all lead generation programs, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated.
This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a fast-paced environment. With this individual's help, the agent hopes to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily marketing administrative tasks.
Job is in office 5 days a week in Lafayette Hill, PA
Compensation:
- Salary Range is: $40,000-$43,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the owner in various tasks and areas as needed
- Handle requests and queries in a professional manner
- Develop marketing collateral for each listing and team branding purposes
- Create and manage a new social media plan, utilizing all relevant platforms
- Assist in running Google Ad campaigns and handle digital marketing for the company
- Design marketing flyers, social media posts, videos, and brochures as required
- Provide exceptional client care, ensuring each client feels valued and receives excellent service
- Maintain and manage the client database effectively
- Plan and execute client appreciation items and events
- Manage client birthday, holiday, and anniversary lists, including gifts and other related tasks
- Create and maintain an operations manual, websites, and videos
- Proactively obtain client reviews and referrals using a program developed and maintained by you
- Manage the company's brand and oversee the full marketing plan and its components
- Administer and manage all sales and marketing technology and systems
- Take charge of the CRM system and ensure its effective implementation
- Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive social media plan
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is required
- Extensive knowledge and experience in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns is necessary
- Proficiency in Google Ad campaigns and social media marketing campaigns is essential
- Proficiency in Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop is required for creating marketing materials
- The ability to quickly learn and teach others cloud-based software programs such as CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, top social media platforms, and Google Drive is necessary
- Strong attention to detail is required for accurate and effective marketing execution
- The ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload is essential in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving skills are necessary for resolving marketing challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, are required for effective communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary for addressing marketing issues
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required
- The ideal candidate must have a proactive and can-do attitude, willing to take on any task to support the agent's sales efforts
