Job description

Looking to join a fast-paced and growing organization? Creative Solutions Group is celebrating our 25th year and we are in growth mode! We are looking for a full-time professional, skilled Industrial/Auto Painter to join our growing and dynamic team in our Maumee, OH facility. You will be responsible for finish painting eye-catching, high-end exhibits for our customers.
 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect all parts and units to be painted
• Grind welds and fill, sand, smooth all surfaces to be painted
• Apply Class A, B, and C paint to various parts
• Repair all minor flaws and paint defects including wet sanding, buffing, and spot repairs
• Clean and maintain paint area
• Maintain related equipment such as paint guns, pumps, brushes, paint lines, etc.
• Complete rework as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Ability to work in a team setting
• All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

​ Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in an Industrial/Auto Finish Painter role
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player
