Job Overview:
Coach and Four is seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will provide exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Clientele comes to you, and allows you the opportunity to build your base! We will train the right candidate, and help you perfect and succeed in your career!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of hair cutting services, including bald fades, up current trends, scissor cuts, and general hair fades
- Sanitize all tools and equipment before and after each use
- Utilize barbershop software to manage appointments and client information
Requirements:
- Valid barber or cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
