Experienced Service Technician - Dutton Motor Company Job Summary: The Experienced Service Technician role is an individual contributor position, established to deliver high quality customer service and maintenance of all Dutton Motor Company vehicles with the end goal of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the auto industry and skilled in all aspects of vehicle service. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Servicing Dutton Motor Company vehicles, diagnosing technical problems and using the necessary tools for car repairs
• Completing necessary paperwork for warranties
• Advising customers on best practice use and maintenance of their vehicles
• Ensuring proper safety protocols are being followed at all times
• Ensuring all service jobs are completed efficiently and on time in accordance with company guidelines
• Communicating with customers regarding the service and repair of their vehicle
• Knowledgeable in parts ordering, inventory control, customer service, and customer relations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in vehicle service and repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Commitment to customer service
