Job description

Overview::

Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc., dba HGA, seeks a Medical Planner in our Minneapolis, MN, office (telecommuting from anywhere in the US allowed) to work with the Principal, Project Manager and Designer while undertaking the functional site planning and space programming for renovations and new construction for all types of healthcare facilities including replacement hospitals.

You will need to have::

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a foreign equivalent degree, and at least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience, including: (i) design experience working with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Office Suite on medium- to large-scale ($50-100+ million construction budget) healthcare new construction and renovation projects; and (ii) medical planning experience during design phase with the ability to produce construction documents. In the alternative, we also accept a Master's degree in Architecture, or a foreign equivalent degree, plus at least five (5) years of experience above. Travel to project sites across the US (0-10%). Telecommuting from anywhere in the US is allowed.

Salary Information::

Salary range: $92,020 - $123,300/year. The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
