Our Team We are located at 400 Highland Ave, Salem, MA. In this office, we evaluate and treat a range of urologic disorders in adult patients. Our team is board certified and includes experts in minimally-invasive surgical techniques, such as laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal and percutaneous approaches.

- Benign prostatic hypertrophy
- Bladder, kidney and ureter stones
- Cancer of the bladder, kidney, prostate and testes
- Erectile dysfunction/impotence
- Male infertility
- Urinary incontinence

Overview The Clinical Lead is an integral member of the care team. Under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Clinical Lead is responsible for exercising appropriate leadership, oversight and improvement of all clinical operations and clinical Medical Assistant staff throughout the assigned site. The Lead will also perform the duties of a Medical Assistant while serving as a role model and resource person for staff at the site. The Lead acts as a liaison between the site-based clinical staff, the Practice Manager and the Medical Director/Physicians of the site for office-wide communication, the coordination of new clinical initiatives, and clinical issue resolution.
Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience practicing as a Medical Assistant.
- Completion of a formal program in Medical Assisting is required, or a graduate of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in nursing (RN).
- Current certification with one of the following organizations: • American Assoc. of Medical Assistants (AAMA) - Credential: CMA • American Medical Technologists (AMT) - Credential: RMA • National Healthcare Association (NHA) - Credential: CCMA • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) - Credential: NCMA
Preferred: - Supervisory experience preferred, including the ability to train and mentor others in clinical areas.
