SUMMARY Overview
- Work with MARCOM Director to research, plan, create, execute, and manage the lifecycle of the North American Rescue digital marketing content. This will include Google AdWords, Display Ads, and a variety of social media platform initiatives.
- Ideal candidate will enjoy learning and be a self-starter that takes direction well and is comfortable working on a variety of projects simultaneously.
- This position will be a salaried full-time position with an expected 40 hours per week. Currently, the MARCOM team operates with a hybrid remote plan. This position will require work at NAR HQ with remote work as permitted by the MARCOM Director.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES This is not an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities. Projects/duties may be modified/changed/added/deleted as needed.
- Creative collaboration with the Director of MARCOM and MARCOM team for the development of digital marketing assets that support the overall Marketing Strategy and follow the brand standards.
- Typical activities will include researching commonly searched terms, modifying and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, creating effective display ads for social campaigns, monitoring results closely and modifying campaigns to continually optimize the outcome.
- Work with Director of MARCOM to prioritize campaigns and present recommendations based on research and current campaign results for review and planning consideration.
- The ability to be organized, self motivated and proactive while multi-tasking within tight timelines.
- The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the digital marketing budget and providing the Director of Marketing with weekly reports of spend, traffic, and conversions.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of MARCOM.
AUTHORITY
- As delegated by the Director of MARCOM, you will have authority to provide input for creative projects, assets, and contacts, from concept to completion, taking creative direction from the Director of MARCOM.
- Requisition products from inventory on behalf of MARCOM department for use in photo shoots and videos.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Ensure the consistent, overall communication of the NAR brand, both internally and on the market, with clarity and visual excellence.
- Track progress and mark completion of projects as assigned by the Director of MARCOM.
- Ensure that product files are complete and current.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree and/or minimum of 2 years professional experience working with digital marketing project coordination required.
- Appropriate certificates of completion for a minimum of GTM and GA4 required.
Specific Characteristics:
- Proficiency in the MAC Environment.
- Ability to maintain flexibility when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working within a team, and a willingness to support and encourage effective completion of department goals and initiatives in a positive and proactive manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and workflow management.
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Must be flexible and adapt easily to constantly changing priorities.

DEMANDS
Physical
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to view a computer screen for extended periods, to hear and talk. The employee is frequently required to required to sit for extended time, utilize hands for keyboard usage and occasionally to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Travel
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
Time and Availability
Must be able to work a 40-hour work week.
