Position Title:  REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT - SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA  

Pay Grade: 19  

Salary: $180,000 - $ 200,000

Other Forms of Compensation:  35% bonus eligibility

Job Summary

Working as a Regional Vice President , you are responsible for multiple corporate accounts. You will manage and lead a team of District Managers and others. You will be responsible for managing high level client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and directs the operation of the assigned region in support of the Key Performance Indicators
• Participates in strategic planning meetings to develop objectives of the division and assigned region
• Develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures of the region to ensure maximum income from existing accounts
• Supports the development and implementation of service programs that meet client needs and regulatory agency requirements
• Supports the local and national sales teams to gain new business and expands existing business within the assigned geographic area.
• Participates in the sales process for the acquisition of new business by reviewing proformas, and supporting sales in the development of proposals and bid responses.
• Prepares agendas and conducts training sessions and presentations on issues regarding quality, safety and human resources
• Develops and maintains annual budget for the assigned region
• Monitors financial reports of the region to ensure budgetary compliance with Division and Corporate goals
• Develops and motivates an effective management staff to achieve Regional and Corporate goals and make efficient use of human resources
• Interfaces with existing clients to maintain client satisfaction and retention
• Resolves client and customer satisfaction or employee related complaints which have been elevated from Regional Directors of Operations
• Interfaces with legal and human resources
• Completes all daily, weekly or monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policy and procedures
• Participates in client visits in support of the local management teams.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage a team of six or more director level or above team members
• Minimum of five years’ experience in multi-unit management and oversight.
• Strong track record of driving associate and customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability in developing and implementing new business models.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced and PL driven environment
• Extensive travel required in this position
