Job description
Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site, in-person support and troubleshooting assistance to customer executive staff and customer visitors
* Manage time and be available to provide support during scheduled in-person meetings/events in the office.
Skills/Education:
* Must be US Citizen due to client requirement
* Bachelor degree in related field
* At least 3-5 years proving Executive IT Desktop Support
* Experience administering and troubleshooting O365, Teams, Active Directory, SCCM, etc.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to provide white glove service to Customer executives
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to communicate technical items to a nontechnical audience
* Self motivated and ability to manage one-s time
