ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF WORSHIP

The Associate Pastor of Worship and at Indian Lake Peninsula Church will:

• Lead through a pastoral role to the community
• Have a passion for music, leading others and developing relationships
• Demonstrate a solid, biblical worship theology
• Create a team of worship leaders and continue to develop them spiritually and in service

Qualifications

• Have a clear vision and philosophy of ministry that is Biblical
• Highly relational and desire to build relationships throughout the church and Hendersonville Area
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing, verbally and giving direction to the church in worship
• Pastoral Heart for discipleship and evangelism

Worship Leadership

• Develop a long-term vision and plan for corporate worship ministry
• Build, oversee and nurture teams for vocals, musical, audio and video
• Coordinate rehearsals, training and setup for Sunday Morning Worship and other worship experiences
• Work in partnership with Pastoral Leadership Team to lead in all areas of the ILPC
• Assist the Senior Pastor with vision, creative ideas and production in services
