Job description

We are a rapidly growing healthcare analytics company seeking a Product Manager for our Life Sciences division. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our products and drive growth.

As Product Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to identify new opportunities for our products. Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting market research and user interviews to generate product ideas
- Analyzing findings and making recommendations on features and functionality
- Defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Driving implementation from conception to delivery
- Managing the product roadmap and backlog
- Supporting marketing efforts around product releases
- Measuring feature adoption and analyzing usage metrics
- Presenting research insights and product plans to leadership

We are looking for someone passionate about improving healthcare through data and analytics. The ideal candidate has:

- 5+ years as a healthcare product manager, preferably in life sciences and working with data products
- Experience with claims data and visualization tools like SQL and Tableau
- Ability to collaborate across departments like Engineering, Sales, etc.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience managing Agile software development lifecycles
- Excellent presentation and customer interview skills
