We provide design, construction, and maintenance for commercial and industrial construction projects across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. We take on a variety of custom projects including healthcare, commercial, restoration, higher education, industrial, and municipal projects. Our Maintenance Division is with us through the entirety of each project, assisting in each area and ensuring top quality. Therefore, they understand and have access to construction records and tools, making problem-solving much more efficient, no matter how long the project has been complete.-Driving to construction work sites and client facilities to perform preventive maintenance.
-Performing emergency maintenance as needed.
-Communicate parts order(s) and repair status with customer and or branch office
-Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner
-Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with company guidelines
3+ years of combined maintenance technician experience, ideally with HVAC and commercial facilities
-High school graduate/GED or the equivalent in experience
-Preventative maintenance experience
-Emergency maintenance experience
-Ability to work independently
-Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication and soft skills
$50-70k DOE
