This role is all about nurturing relationships, diligently following up on leads, and converting missed opportunities into successful deals. With a focus on understanding customer concerns, offering tailored solutions, and enhancing customer experience, our Recovery Specialists play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving our sales success.

To re-engage with customers and reignite their interest in our HVAC solutions by offering impeccable follow-up service and addressing their unique comfort needs.

What will you do?

1. Reach out to customers whose sales did not close, understand their concerns, and offer tailored HVAC solutions.
2. Respond to incoming messages from our automated sales follow-up process promptly and professionally.
3. Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine our processes and improve the customer experience.
4. Turn missed opportunities into successful deals, contributing to our company's growth and success.

What do we expect from you?

1. Outstanding communication and persuasion skills with an aptitude for building relationships with customers.
2. Experience in a recovery role or similar position, ideally within HVAC companies.
3. A proactive mindset to identify opportunities for re-engagement and drive changes.
4. A track record of successfully recovering missed sales opportunities and boosting customer satisfaction.
