As an Insurance Telemarketer and be a key player in a team that values positivity, training, and customer-centricity. This role is ideal for those who want to spend 90% of their time quoting, following up on quotes, answering inbound calls, and handling internet leads-with minimal cold calling who can handle multi tasking and are good at follow up. Engage in cross-selling to our current book of business and thrive in our supportive and competitive atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
• Prospects for new business are generated from cold calling, referrals, networking , online promotions, social media, and other lead sources.
• Dedicate 90% of your time to quoting and following up on quotes , ensuring exceptional service.
• Skillfully manage inbound calls , while maximizing opportunities for cross-selling to the current book of business.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
• Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
• Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
• Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge . This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Maintain a proactive approach to achieving individual and team objectives, consistently seeking opportunities for growth and improvement in pursuit of our agency's success.
