Basic Function:
The Payment Specialist is a full-time position responsible for managing all cash and check payments to the university. This is a department of one, within and supported by the Student Accounts Team performing vital cash management for the university.
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Student Accounts, the Payment Specialist is responsible for upholding exceptional customer service standards, provides cashier services for the university involving the receipt, disbursement, and recording of payments, reconciling of transactions, petty cash processing, and prepares daily bank deposits.
Major Responsibilities:
As of June 1, 2023 Clark University no longer requires employees or students to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
