We are seeking a creative and energetic full-time Marketing Assistant to help with content creation and social media management. Spanish language skills and experience working in a law firm are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Create the firm's social media calendar
- Create the content for the firm's social media platforms
- Increase social media presence and engagement
- Take photos, and film videos for social media and website content
- Design marketing materials in line with the firm's branding
- Follow up with past clients for reviews and testimonials
- Find new referral sources and nurture ongoing referral relationships
- Keep website and social media up to date
- Plan community-based events
- Obtain promotion release forms for all audio and visual activities
- Maintain marketing documents and content in a shared drive
- Attend marketing meetings
- Assist marketing lead with delegated tasks
- Comply with all rules and regulations as stated in the Firm’s Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
- Graphic design skills
- Demonstrates expertise in the following social media platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Demonstrates expertise with the following software: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or comparable content creation and scheduling software
- Spanish language translation and writing skills
- Proactive approach to work
- Organized and deadline-oriented
- Generates ideas
- High attention to detail (avoids errors in content)
- Excellent writing skills
