If you are motivated, highly technical and passionate about WiFi, Bluetooth and Networking technologies, possess excellent problem solving and coding skills, this team can be your destination.
Key Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in 802.11 protocols and/or Bluetooth
- 1-2 years of experience in SQA methodologies and practices
- Experience in developing test strategies and executing it with automation or manual testing
- Experience with scripting and automation - python preferred
- Experience in utilizing tools, including Wireless and Bluetooth packet sniffers and network protocol analyzers, to help resolve, root cause and provide debugging information to engineering teams.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and comfortable working with multi-functional teams.
- Laser-focused on the smallest details that are meaningful to our customers.
- We are open to entry level engineers with wireless background and scripting experience or with internship experience in Wireless domain
- WiFi Certification is huge plus

You will join a dynamic quality assurance team, responsible for functional and performance validation of WiFi (and other Wireless technologies) features on iOS and other exciting products. You will be delivering a detailed connectivity user experience to our customers.
Job responsibilities include crafting of test strategies using various test methodologies, building test setups, automating test framework and test plans to ensure the best quality in WiFi connectivity for an exciting product line.
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $114,400.00 and $199,500.00 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
