Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to scope out signage projects
- Visit customer locations to survey and evaluate customer needs
- Manage client walk-in traffic, incoming calls, email communication and take the appropriate actions
- Utilize sales quote software to prepare estimates for inbound leads (phone and email)
- Manage signage and graphics projects from start to finish
- Contact existing customers to discuss upcoming projects
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Maintain client contact information in an organized and presentable method
Qualifications:
- Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent people skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to work independently as well as an integral team member
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen multi-tasking abilities
- Self-motivated and team player
- Ability to continue and build professional relationships with diverse customer/prospect base
- Basic computer skills necessary
- Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, products a plus but not necessary - training will be provided
- Sales/customer service experience desired
- Current U.S. driver's license
- High School diploma or equivalent required
