Montessori Toddler Teacher
Guidepost Montessori at Aurora is expanding it's Young Toddler (12 months to 2 years) and Toddler ( Toddler (2 years to 3 years) program and are seeking Lead Montessori Guides at the birth to three (0-3) level. A Montessori diploma for the Nido/Toddler level is preferred but Montessori teacher training is provided free of cost. These positions are full-time from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. We offer full benefits (health, vision, dental, 401K) a 75% tuition discount for up to 2 children and 6 weeks of paid time off.
In this Lead Guide role, you will create and lead a model Toddler/ Young Toddler classroom. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.
We'd love to talk to you if you: - Lead Teacher qualified or Colorado shines certificate
- Obtain or willing to obtain a Montessori Diploma for the 0-3 age group
- Have experience with the appropriate ages in a group setting, such as a preschool, daycare, childcare, nursery, or Reggio Emilia center
- Help children by giving them the tools to become independent
