Requirements:

3+ years of retail management experience, with a passion for leading and inspiring others.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
A track record of driving results and delivering exceptional service.
The ability to lift up to 30lbs and handle the physical demands of the job.
Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
