Objective
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and energetic Business Developer to seek new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Promote the Company's all-in-one service platform of integrated business solutions to business owners.
- Approach potential prospects with outreach activities: cold calling, marketing events, and in-person visits.
- Serve as a point of contact to build business relationships and participate in various events, set up booths, distribute promotion materials.
- Lead proactive sales prospecting to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute plans to expand TransGlobal's market presence.
- Establish and maintain client relationships, actively attend to clients, and align TransGlobal's solutions to address their business needs.
- Update the business development activities and prospects' information into the Company's CRM system.
- Navigate the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and successful closure, ensure seamless transition throughout the implementation process.
- Attend regular training to maintain knowledge in payroll, tax, employment benefits, retirement, insurance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities.
- Fluency in English and either Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
- Ability to maintain professionalism with effective verbal and written communication.
- Outgoing, sociable, and people-oriented personality.
- Flexible to changes and adaptive to new environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills and client-servicing mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a career-oriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.
- Local and out-of-state traveling is required to attend events and visit potential prospects.

- Starting base salary ranging from $4,000 to $5,000/month, based on experience and location, with potential increases post-probation.
