Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to help plan and execute energy and mechanical projects. The ideal candidate has a background in the construction field, is highly organized, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position will require a working knowledge of Bluebeam and Procore software.

Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. This involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and communicating with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also be responsible for providing guidance to subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Manage project resources, including personnel and materials.
• Prepare project status reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Address project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
• Ensure all project requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
