What is the Role?

We’re on a mission to deliver exceptional academic experiences and our Operations Team is at the heart of this pursuit, striving to create welcoming, safe, clean, and efficient learning spaces. Coney Island Prep is looking for a Facilities Manager who will be on site to oversee our High School and Middle School campuses and who will have a direct impact on scholar success. As a key player on the Operations Team, you are adept at prioritizing and balancing your day-to-day tasks with last minute needs that may arise. You’ll use seamless systems including checklists, walkthroughs, project schedules, and vendor lists to monitor, maintain and troubleshoot your buildings. Your role isn’t just a job: it’s an adventure of collaborative problem solving, consistent communication, and readiness to jump in and support.

The Facilities Manager will be hired by and will report to the Director of Facilities.
