Job description

We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to become part of our team. Our ideal candidate would be an energetic, highly organized, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent customer service, sales experience, and strong communication skills with the ability to perform at a high pace with attention to detail while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Take new patient calls and schedule new patient appointments.
• Manage physician schedule.
• Meet with patients after consultation to discuss surgery finances and scheduling options.
• Manage consultation process and patient experience.
• Schedule surgery and coordinate all aspects of the patient's surgery experience.
• Coordinate surgery financing and/or insurance authorizations.
• Manage the social media efforts of the surgeon.
• Communicate patient needs with a physician.
• Be willing to perform additional tasks as needed.

• Must be able to travel between our Virginia and Chevy Chase offices when needed.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years experience
• Plastic surgery experience is a plus.
