Retirement Account Specialist

As a Retirement Account Specialist, you work directly with PERSI membership to provide accurate and timely information in a professional and meaningful way. You’re dedicated to PERSI core values of commitment, character and competence and looking to continue learning in an ever-evolving field. You also have the ability to be flexible and manage priorities, have an easy-going attitude, and enjoy working with both internal and external customers.

You will report to the Member Services Supervisor and be the primary point of contact for PERSI members. You’ll work together with the PERSI staff to build stronger relationships with our members at every step of their retirement journey. Additionally, you will be a key contributor in identifying areas to improve service for our membership.
