Job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Groundsman with pressure washing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail when operating and maintaining equipment, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure washing of various surfaces including sidewalks, buildings, and equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot pressure washing equipment to ensure proper function
- Assist with general grounds maintenance tasks such as trimming, blowing, and landscaping
- Operate other equipment such as disks, blowers, and handheld tools as needed
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard

Qualifications:
- Previous experience with pressure washing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain equipment in good working order
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety practices and regulations related to equipment operation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
