This is for "Outside / Inside Sales". What that means is that for part of your work week you will be working in the store helping customers, and your other shifts will be working exclusively on commercial (outside) sales.

Description:

• Maintain and grow assigned commercial sales portfolio. Provide outside sales, support, analysis and customer service to commercial customers.
• Working in the store in a customer facing environment.

Duties :

• Help the store grow by maintaining relationships with current commercial customer base
• Generate new commercial leads through scheduled appointments and calls
• Utilize sales and marketing materials in managing customer relationships
• Work on the sales floor with our in-store customers
• Operate computer to complete sales transactions (for both commercial on non-commercial)
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitors' capabilities and general market conditions

Sales and Customer Service

• Assist in achieving commercial sales initiatives; practice add-on selling and up selling
• Operate computer to complete sales transactions
• Installing batteries; perform tests, and tech work
• Load, drive, and make deliveries

Qualifications :

• Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and at least 3 years retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas and understand and communicate directions using both oral and written means
• Demonstrate ability to work with minimal direction as a resourceful, independent problem solver
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Awareness of how the store is operating in the manager's absence
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
