We are an industry leader in infrastructure construction and rehabilitation, remodeling and repair work, as well as alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build Construction, Job Order Contracting, and Construction Manager as Contractor. We have substantial construction experience in heavy civil transportation (including major highways, bridges, and mass transit systems), public works projects, municipal structures, commercial properties, and private organizations, and we serve both the public and private sectors. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and assist with projects in Indiana.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with Senior Leadership to manage existing client relationships while also having the ability to gain new business from both existing and potential clients. You will be focused on collaboration and teamwork for the entirety of your projects including managing the budget, schedule, purchasing process, and overall project quality. You will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders including PM's, architects, subs, and owners.

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ Years as an Assistant PM with a General Contractor or more than 1 year as a Project Manager
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred
- Knowledge of LEAN principles a plus
- Experience in handling multiple projects at once with values surpassing $20m
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency with scheduling, delegating tasks, budgeting, and negotiating contracts
- Proven track record of leading construction crews to complete projects ahead of schedule and under budget
- Safety-first mindset to collaborate with Superintendents on safety plans
