Job description

CSS is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a distinguished hotel located in Van Horn, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in hotel or hospitality management, possessing excellent project management skills. This individual should excel in personnel management, have a deep understanding of OSHA standards, possess comprehensive facility and asset management skills, and demonstrate proficiency in procurement and inventory management. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven ability to delegate tasks effectively, establish streamlined systems and procedures, and efficiently manage projects. CSS is offering relocation funds assistance to facilitate the move to Van Horn, Texas.

This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
