We are a commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 20 years. Located in Boynton Beach, FL we are looking for a Superintendent to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a background of at least 2 years of experience in commercial construction, and have experience leading and supervising projects from start to finish. -Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
-Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation and contingencies
-Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
-In-depth understanding of local, state and federal construction regulations
-Traveling to project sites
-Effective leadership abilities, like motivation, goal-setting and conflict management
-Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking
-2+ years of superintendent experience
-experience in commercial, retail, and K-12
-Experience on public projects is a plus
-Experience managing subcontractors
-OSHA 10, OSHA 30 a plus
- Annual Salary: $100k - $150k(DOE)
