Job description
Summary: Epsilon Systems Solutions is currently seeking a contingent full time Financial Management Analyst in Norfolk, VA. In support of the RMC Enterprise, CNRMC support personnel will perform/support tasks that require an advanced level of knowledge in Surface Ship Repair and Modernization requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support financial data call/reports from OPNAV, NAVSEA, Fleet Leadership and the RMC Enterprise.
- Assist CNRMC in monitoring, minimizing risks, and prioritizing financial execution of RMC mission workload, as well as reimbursable workload.
- Work financial systems including SABRS, DCPDS, MSE, ERP and other Navy financial type systems, specifically those depicting workload in man-years/days/hours establishing resource requirements.
- Prepare and provide comprehensive reports and briefings on CNRMC Budget/Execution Functional Tasks, when necessary, to support CNRMC Business Financial Division initiatives to standardize overall financial management policies across the RMC Enterprise.
- Prepare and provide workload reports to support budget and execution requirements for the RMC Enterprise.
- Prepare and deliver monthly status reports that document significant accomplishments for the period, provide period specific and cumulative funds execution data in tabular and graphical formats, identify employee (including subcontractors) labor hours and burdened rates, account for Other Direct Costs (ODCs) as applicable, and provide CNRMC and ST1 leaders with clear and concise mission related support information.
- Prepare reports depicting RMC Enterprise resource requirements FTE & End Strength.
- Assesses RMC Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE). Oversees planning and programming processes captured in Level of Effort (LOE) and Capability Plans (CP) in the Ship Maintenance Model (SMM) and stored in the Program Budget Information System (PBIS).
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience with Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Project Team Roles and Responsibilities.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in RMC Operations.
- Sound interpersonal skills needed to interface, coordinate with company personnel, customers, and outside contacts
- Exceptional organization skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance

- Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
- Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
