Obstetrician Gynecologist (OBGYN)
An OBGYN is needed at an integrated health center in Roseburg, Oregon.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in the heartland of the Umpqua River. Roseburg is an area famous for fishing, rafting, waterfalls and rivers. Our client is a well-established community-based health organization that is home to an esteemed residency program.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary is $369,179 (increase depending on experience, especially if candidate has surgical background)
- RVU Production/Bonus model in addition to negotiated base salary (paid quarterly)
- Sign On Bonus: $25,000
- Retirement Plan 403b plus 3% match
- 457f plan ($5K a year)
- Student loan repayment - $100,000
- FTCA Malpractice insurance coverage
- Health Insurance for provider and their family is paid 100% (including co-pays) by employer.
- Restrictive Covenant (Non-Compete): None
- CME: $3500 and 40 hours each year
- Reimbursement of Licensure Fees and membership fees associated with licensure
- Paid Time Off: 30 Days (240 hours per year)
- 7 Paid Holidays
- Relocation: Yes – amount determined case by case.
- Cell Phone Stipend ($1,020 annually)
- Hospital Privileges
Requirements:
- Board Certified OBGYN, minimum 3 years of experience.
- Surgical experience preferred but not required.
- This facility has a residency program with 24 residents. Being paired with residents during office visits (when patient permits) is part of this role.
- On Call: 1 Full day per week, and 1 weekend per month (call will be less as new OBGYNs are added to the group. The reason for the opening of this role is the primary OBGYN transitioned to a Core Faculty role at the residency program.)
- 30-50 deliveries per year (surgical OBs do less deliveries)
- 16 to 21 patients per day.
- Full support staff
- Clear and active MD or DO license in Oregon (or willing to obtain for out of state candidates).
