YOUR DAY AS A HOME CARE MANAGER:
As a Home Care Manager, your responsibilities encompass strategic oversight and compassionate leadership. Your days are meticulously structured around managing schedules, coordinating care services, and providing guidance to our team of caregivers. Thanks to our community partnerships and generous grant funding, we currently provide support and services in the areas of senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation.
