Job description
We are seeking a Service Scheduler/Customer Service Agent for our Service Department.
The Service Scheduler Scheduler/Customer Service Agent needs Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills, Strong Computer Skills, and a Professional Appearance and Demeanor.
The Service Scheduler/Customer Service Agent will Make Appointments for Service Customers, Assist the Service Advisors with Customer Communication, and Assist as Needed in the department.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers as required
- Support a Positive Customer Service environment to meet goals
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
Qualifications
- 2 Years Customer Service Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with DealerTrack and/or Xtime a plus
- Available to work Full-Time
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance
