Job description

We are seeking a Service Scheduler/Customer Service Agent for our Service Department. The Service Scheduler Scheduler/Customer Service Agent needs Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills, Strong Computer Skills, and a Professional Appearance and Demeanor. The Service Scheduler/Customer Service Agent will Make Appointments for Service Customers, Assist the Service Advisors with Customer Communication, and Assist as Needed in the department.
