Field Sales Representative (TX, DE, AL, NV, or CA)
Salary Range: $100,000-115,000

About the Role
Wellfit is seeking to engage a Sales Field Representative in TX, DE, AL, NV, or CA. You will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. This individual will play a pivotal role in increasing office counts and customer acquisition on our Wellfit platform by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and effectively managing the sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead Follow-Up:
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Conduct thorough and effective communication to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Sales Opportunity Maximization:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate new leads through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
- Utilize a variety of methods to identify and engage potential customers.
- Prospect Qualification:
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Effectively manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activities.
- Platform Sales:
- Promote the features and benefits of the Wellfit platform.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.

- Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Strong acumen for learning new technology.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 5-7 years proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with dental industry is a plus.
- Travel required: 25-30%
