JOB DESCRIPTION

The Auctus Agency is hiring Account Coordinator Interns who are motivated, detailed, and professional. The Account Coordinator Intern will gain agency experience and be expected to deliver high-quality results toward client projects. We are looking for proactive and professional candidates currently enrolled in college or recent graduates who want to contribute to the team.

*** This is not a work-from-home/virtual position. You will be required to work from our Bloomington, Minnesota office.

Projects include the following:

• Staffing and coordinating final event logistics before events. (50%)
• Assisting with research for materials and collecting information to be relayed to clients and/or field staff. (20%)
• Recruitment of field staff for remote areas across the U.S. and Canada using social media tools, e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, etc. (20%)
• Assisting with other special projects as needed: email marketing, operations, etc. (10%)

Qualifications

• Highly motivated to pursue a career in a marketing/advertising agency and/or PR/event planning firm environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
• Intermediate computer knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office and Apple Mac.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary clients and field staffer information.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Creative thinking and analytical skills.
• Seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related majors.

Our internship program runs year-round. We are specifically seeking available candidates to start in February of 2024 for 10-25 hours weekly, with the opportunity for 40 hours per week during the summer months. Our internships typically run for 3-6 months. We are flexible with hours and days. 

This position pays $16 per hour.
